Lieutenant Colonel Brett A. Ferguson is a native of Carthage, NY. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1995 and attended Basic Training at FT Jackson, SC. He served in various positions of leadership from a Team Leader to a Platoon Sergeant while achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class. He then joined the District of Columbia Army National Guard in 2006 and later commissioned as a Second Lieutenant from the Officer Candidate School, Ft Moore, GA in 2008.
 
Lieutenant Colonel Fergusons’ military education includes the Quartermaster Officer Basic Course, Maneuver Captain’s Career Course, Human Resource Qualification Course, Command and General Staff Officers Course, Defense Strategy Course, Air Assault School, Airborne School, Pathfinder school, Aerial Delivery & Material Officer Course, Reserve Component National Security Course, How the Army Runs, Planning Programing Budgeting & Execution Course and the Battalion Pre-Command Course.

LTC Ferguson has been married to his wife Trisha for 27 years and they have a daughter Monica and a son Noah who reside in Scottsdale, AZ. His hobbies include shooting, hiking, cycling, riding motorcycles and spending time with his family.
