805B-79T-TLC, Recruiting and Retention Team Leader Course (R2TLC)
PURPOSE
This course, learners will have the competencies, skills, and attributes to be a recruiting team leader through the three major tenets of the ARNG Strength Maintenance Program. This course is a component of the 79T ALC Constructive Credit Process. R2TLC is scheduled and trained by the SMAGs with the SMTC/NCOA providing oversight.
PREREQUISITES
Students must be in the grade of E-5 or E-6 and assigned to a valid RRB production RRNCO position. Students will have a Senior Recruiting Badge Order and 18 months of successful production. They must have completed and received a certificate for the Distributed Learning Course (DLC2). Furthermore, students must be graduates of the Basic Leader Course (BLC) and the ARNG Non-Career Recruiter Course (SQI4).
LENGTH
This course is scheduled for two weeks.
APFT/ACFT AND HEIGHT/WEIGHT STANDARS
Soldiers attending courses requiring a passing APFT/ACFT score as a graduation requirement will provide their last record DA Form 705 with height and weight data included. If applicable, include the DA Form 5500/5501.
